Founder of the First Company Dedicated to High School Gameday Standardization
For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of helping create unforgettable gameday experiences at the NCAA Division I level. From the Sun Belt to the SEC, I've worked behind the scenes with some of the nation's most recognized athletic programs to develop marketing strategies, increase fan engagement, generate new revenue opportunities, and create the kind of atmosphere that transforms a game into an experience.
Throughout my career, I've led marketing and fan engagement efforts for football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and track & field while managing every aspect of the gameday experience, from promotions and sponsorship activations to video production, public address, game scripts, student engagement, digital marketing, ticket sales initiatives, and in-game entertainment.
I've seen firsthand how intentional planning, creativity, and operational excellence can completely change the way fans connect with their teams and communities.
But I've also recognized something else.
While colleges and universities have dedicated marketing staffs, creative teams, sponsorship departments, and fan engagement professionals, most high schools simply don't have access to those same resources. Athletic directors, coaches, teachers, and volunteers are often expected to create memorable gameday experiences while balancing countless other responsibilities.
That's why I founded The Gameday Standard.
Our goal is simple: to bring the same strategic thinking, professional presentation, and proven gameday systems used at the highest levels of college athletics to high school athletic programs across the country.
We don't believe schools need larger budgets to create better experiences, they need better systems, creative ideas, and practical strategies that work within their resources.
Whether it's improving fan engagement, developing sponsorship opportunities, increasing attendance, creating new revenue streams, or building student-led gameday operations programs, our goal is to help schools maximize the impact of every event while creating experiences their communities will remember.
One of the aspects I'm most passionate about is preparing the next generation of sports industry professionals. Through our Student Leadership & Sports Management Development Program, students gain real-world experience in event operations, marketing, promotions, communications, sponsorship activation, and game presentation while developing leadership skills that prepare them for future careers.
The Gameday Standard isn't just about making games more exciting. It's about helping schools build stronger communities, create sustainable athletic programs, develop future leaders, and provide student-athletes with the atmosphere they deserve every time they compete.
After years of building gameday experiences at the Division I level, I'm excited to help schools of every size raise the standard of high school athletics.
Let's build something unforgettable together.
